• Efficiently managing all incoming communications
• Handling monthly credit card reconciliations with precision
• Providing discreet and reliable administrative assistance to Branch Managers and their teams
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely action on meetings, correspondence, and reports
• Maintaining management and administrative databases, ensuring everything is up-to-date and followed up
• Providing secretariat support to committees, including taking minutes and coordinating agendas and meetings
• Expertly managing diaries for your supporting manager
• General administrative support and assisting other administrators as needed

• Strong communication
• Tech-savvy: Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in systems like TRIM, PDMS, and SAP (or similar)
• Eagle eye for detail
• Time management guru
• Baseline or NV1 security clearance highly desirable
