Job Description

Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Engagement Administrator APS4 to join a high-performing federal government team. Labour Hire | Brisbane, QLD | 12 months

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative and operational support across a nationally dispersed team
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events, seminars and engagement activities
  • Assist with event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers and scheduling
  • Coordinate purchasing, procurement and financial administration activities
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of marketing, promotional and educational materials
  • Maintain records, documentation and administrative systems
  • Provide support for meetings, presentations and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate distribution of communication and engagement materials through physical and digital channels
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery
  • Support website content updates and stakeholder correspondence
