The Customer Service Officer role requires candidates that can work as part of a team contributing to a whole of government service. In this role candidates need a strong background in customer service/service delivery with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes in work priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to phone and email security clearance related enquiries
Processing and transacting security clearance related products
Working collaboratively within a diverse team and work environment
Ongoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge
Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline Clearance or willing to obtain one
Demonstrated ability to operate and produce high quality customer service outcomes in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Strong communication skills to support a diverse range of stakeholders
Developed interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and adhoc tasks
High level computer literacy, with demonstrated ability to learn new systems
Valid driving licence with access to a vehicle (essential)
