Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements
• Analyze existing system logic, identify problems
• Recommend and implement solutions
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
• Document requirements
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues
• Mine and analyze large sets of data related to system performance
• Develop strategic roadmaps for improving SRE practices and automation
• Define and deploy key SRE metrics
• Conduct research and perform chaos engineering experiments
• Review/author operational procedures
• Establish foundational work streams for process improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

• 10+ years experience
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
• Service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
• Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
