Job Description:

The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for application management and support, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and partnering with multiple teams to deliver technical and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
identify and define necessary system enhancements
analyze existing system logic, identify problems
recommend and implement solutions
provide expertise in area and advanced level of understanding of apps support
formulate and define systems scope and objectives
document requirements
communicate risks, vulnerabilities and security issues
propose risk mitigation options
act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
allocate work
persuade and influence others through strong communication and diplomacy skills
demonstrate compliance with laws, rules and regulations
manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements:

6-10 years experience
practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
service oriented attitude
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
proficient using basic technical tools and systems
good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

experience using call/ticketing software
Linux (2-3 years)
good SQL experience in any of the RDBMS
Autosys / CONTROL-M or other schedulers
UNIX shell scripting, Python / PERL
knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
experience troubleshooting Office with emphasis on Word, Excel
knowledge of ITRS Active Console/other monitoring tools
