Job Description:

The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to strategic decisions. The role involves partnering with technology teams, identifying system enhancements, and recommending solutions. It requires 12+ years of experience and technical knowledge of technologies like Cloudera stack, Kafka, Oracle 19c, Java, and ITIL processes.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
Identify and define necessary system enhancements
Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend and implement solutions
Provide expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex application enhancements
Partner with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
Communicate impact and propose risk mitigation options
Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Allocate work
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

12+ years experience
Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Service oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience writing Linux Shell scripts
Good Technical knowledge of Cloudera stack, Kafka, Spark, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Talend, Couchbase
Good Technical knowledge of Oracle 19c, SQL, MS SQL Server
Good Technical Skills in Java, API and XML
Familiarity with ITIL process, ServiceNow, ITRS monitoring and AppDynamics tools.
Technical understanding of IBM WebSphere and TIBCO
Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Tableau
Knowledge NDM, SFTP, MQ & TIBCO EMS
Autosys or relevant batching tools
Experience on Cloud computing and migrating applications to ECS containers
Experience on GitHub , TeamCity , Maven, CHEF or Ansible, Jenkins
