Job Description:

The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who contributes to directional strategy by applying expertise within technology and business operations. Responsibilities include analyzing and enhancing systems, troubleshooting problems, and guiding or influencing teams across departments. The role requires strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude, alongside expertise in Oracle, Unix, and Windows scripting. This position involves partnering with teams, identifying risks, and contributing to overall performance and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
identify and define necessary system enhancements
analyze existing system logic, identify problems
and recommend and implement solutions
Provide expertise in area and advanced level of understanding of apps support principles
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex application enhancements
Review and develop application contingency planning to ensure user availability
Partner with multiple technology areas and management teams
Work closely with vendors, product owners, business analysts and systems analysts
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
Communicate impact and propose risk mitigation options
Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
Allocate work
Raise problems while adhering to Service Level Agreements
Influence strategic functional decisions
Persuade and influence others through strong communication and diplomacy skills
Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements:

12-15 years experience
4-5 years of experience in BANCS
Skillset: Oracle, Unix & windows scripting
Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Incident/Problem Management
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Service oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills
