Job Description:

Discover your future at Citi. The Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Responsibilities include analyzing and defining systems requirements, mitigating risks, coaching team members, and influencing functional decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
  • identify and define necessary system enhancements
  • analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend and implement solutions
  • provide expertise in area and advanced understanding of apps support
  • document requirements
  • work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
  • identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues and propose mitigation options
  • act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
  • allocate work
  • develop innovative solutions
  • assess risk for business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
  • experience in Angular is required
  • experience in Java or .Net is required
  • extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
  • experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
  • ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
