Job Description:

This position is under ICG TTS Operations Technology (OpsTech) Group to help the implementation of next-generation Digital Automation Platform and Imaging Workflow Technologies. The role involves application development, systems analysis, and working on complex, scalable enterprise applications.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain applications and understanding on inter-relationships with other systems
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement
Conduct testing and debugging, and utilize script tools
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
Serve as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts
Create and produce IT architecture designs to translate user requirements into solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience
Experience of working on complex multi-system, distributed, highly scalable enterprise application
Should have strong hands-on experience on one of low code technology platform like Xceptor
Experience using ALM and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, UDeploy, BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology
Experience within a banking/finance environment would be preferable
Experience in solution governance and quality assurance
Experience in working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently given general guidance
Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with application development projects
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Nice to have:

Background of .NET/Java
Working knowledge of RDBMS like MS SQL Server
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend
Scripting knowledge such as PowerShell/Linux shell scripting
Exposure to Agile Development Lifecycle, code reviews, and test case reviews.
