Job Description:

The role lies within the Operations Technology (OpsTech) team across SMART Automation portfolio. OpsTech is part of Global services technology within Citi and focuses on supporting the multi-year, multi-workstream Transformation Programs for Client Operations, aimed at enhancing, streamlining, and automating operations to improve productivity, scalability, controls, and client experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning
monitor end results
manage and integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall commercial card technology function
manage multiple teams and conduct people management duties (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions)
review and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors
improve developer productivity and adopt DevOps, AI, and engineering tools across the group
follow and adapt to emerging industry trends.

Requirements:

Extensive experience on .NET based technical solutions and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing solution
experience of configuring and using DevOps tools including Lightspeed, TeamCity, Jenkins
extensive experience on comm card operational processes and understanding of end-to-end lifecycle of comm card products with special focus on Rebates and Pricing
hands-on experience on delivering and leading large-scale transformation initiatives
ability to work closely with architecture teams, partner tech teams, and business to help define target state architecture and end states
ability to facilitate Review/Approval on any deviations to global standards with Operations & Technology Senior Leadership Team
ability to analyze and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors
strategic influence and control over resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring end results
integration of in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall commercial card technology function to achieve agreed goals
management of multiple and multi-geographic teams of FTE and FPCs
performance evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, EERS reviews, PTIP, and training compliance
management of multiple global concurrent initiatives and projects
driving engineering culture and improving developer productivity, DevOps, AI, and engineering tools adoption
tracking emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to technology processes.
