Apps Development Group Manager

• oversee the design and development of complex systems utilizing Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MongoDB, and other comparable distributed messaging and NoSQL document databases
• drive the adoption and implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• manage and mentor multiple teams of professionals

• possess expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud), Kafka, MongoDB, distributed databases, and messaging systems
• solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and best practices
• familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• in-depth knowledge of application development concepts and a broader understanding of related technical areas
• ability to understand legacy systems and rebuild them using a modern technology stack
