In this senior management role, you will own and drive the technology strategy for our critical client and reference data platforms. You will partner directly with senior leaders across Prime Finance and Futures & Derivative Clearing to deliver robust, scalable solutions that power our business growth. Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the technology strategy and platform roadmap, directly influencing business growth and ensuring best-in-class risk and control frameworks
  • Manage and mentor a global team of skilled developers. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability through effective performance management, hiring, and career development
  • Command resources, manage budgets, and oversee planning to deliver exceptional results
  • Partner with senior leaders across technology and business functions to solve complex challenges, navigate dynamic situations, and drive consensus
  • Ensure your teams adhere to and help define essential development standards, integrating your deep technical knowledge with the firm's overall technology vision
  • Foster a culture of sound risk management and ethical conduct. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies while protecting our firm and our clients

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in technology, with significant experience managing and leading global development teams
  • Deep experience in architecting and building scalable Reference Data, Pricing and Client Hierarchy platforms
  • Strong background in modern applications development using Java, Spring, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), Kafka, and MongoDB
  • Proficiency with DevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and version control (Git)
  • Strong understanding of, or keen interest in, the Finance Sector, particularly concepts related to Prime Finance, security/instrument/pricing reference data, and client account data
  • Exceptional and clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Master's degree is preferred
