Job Description:

Senior Full stack developer role within Asset Servicing Tech group responsible for delivering key business and tech mandatory enhancements. The strategic application ASPEN provides Asset Servicing processing capabilities globally including announcement capture, stock record capture and notifications to internal and external clients.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive execution and delivery
Lead a culture of innovation & experimentation
Validate detailed requirements, working through and delivery of solutions
Influence technical architecture and negotiate/communicate with senior leaders across functions
Provide thought leadership on how to grow the platform
Hands-on Development opportunity across the latest niche technologies
Ensure Code quality and proper coverage is maintained
Ensure proper code governance using GIT/Bitbucket

Requirements:

Relevant experience in the Financial Service industry preferably in Asset Servicing processing
Experienced skills in Java, Angular & Oracle databases
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experienced in driving software delivery and transformation through Agile practices and processes
6-10 years experience in Applications Development role
Experience working in Oracle and Schema less Databases
Experience in Big Data systems like Hadoop/Hive
Experience working with Elasticsearch/ELK stack

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
Exceptional communicator who loves working with people
Demonstrated ability to act as SME in this area and guide junior resources
