Job Description:

We are looking to bring in Senior Consultant/Specialist under Enterprise Operations and Technology, to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform. Candidate is required to possess relevant design and development experience in process automation using BPM or RPA or low code automation tools. Candidate should be a strong team player. Exposure to Retail Banking products or Wholesale/Investment banking is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the POD and Delivery Timelines
Distribute the Dev/BA tasks appropriately as per the strengths and weaknesses of the team
Participate in demo to the business users during UAT and Preprod together with BA and UAT testers
Focus and Prioritize Business Critical tasks /Activities
Participate in WSR, Global call to represent the Work
Prepare Presentation and governance reports as per the frequency
Participate with BAs in requirements analysis sessions and provide technical feasibility analysis and approach of the requirements to the team
Maintain documentation for Aspose-related development and best Practices
Work and guide team on the Enhancement requests created on the remediated solution
Guide team during DMT to ACS migration
Maintain best practices for coding, documentation and version control (Git)
Requirement analysis including interaction with Business Users
Unit testing of the program under development
Participate in SIT / UAT defect triage call
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas
Responsible for the creation of high-level designs to guide implementation faithful to architecture intent
Ensure that application development and enhancement is in line with Citi’s Coding Standards
Solve / work a variety of high impact, high-profile problems / projects with considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
Provide expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of applications programming
Provide expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery
Work in development or change Development teams
Guide junior members of the team
Assist them in resolving technical problems

Requirements:

7-10 years of Technology Experience
Good experience working with Aspose API, Knime workflows
Strong Problem solving and debugging Skills
Good understanding of Requirement gathering
Good understanding of BPM tools
Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge any one databases e g Oracle /SQL Server/ MySQL
Ability to understand requirement and convert them to working code

Nice to have:

Hands on experience in design and development using Appian Experience using ALM and CICD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology
Experience in SCMs like GIT
and tools like JIRA
Experienced with automated build and test processes
Appian or any other low code technology Certifications in plus
