The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities specially on Oracle SaaS
Job Responsibility
Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements
Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex issues
Analyze information and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements
Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications
Assist the BAO in communicating with third-parties to facilitate the exchange of information and answer queries
Help coordinate and manage document requests between Citi and the third-party
Support the BAO in the completion of periodic risk assessments for the third-party relationship
Assist in tracking and ensuring that all required BAO due diligence activities are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help address and remediate any identified gaps, under the direction of the BAO
Support the BAO in understanding, interpreting, and enforcing the terms of third-party contracts and any subsequent amendments
Help identify and report any decline in performance or emerging risks to the BAO and the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team
Act as a key point of contact for scheduling and coordinating meetings between the BAO, the third-party, and internal stakeholders as required
Diligently track and follow up on action items and deliverables from all parties to ensure timely completion
Organize and maintain a repository of all third-party documentation, such as contracts, amendments, and due diligence records, ensuring they are current and accessible
Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Assist the BAO in preparing and distributing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on third-party performance, risks, and issue status if required
Assist in all phases of the third-party management lifecycle, from initial onboarding and due diligence to ongoing monitoring and eventual offboarding or renewal as applicable
Requirements
0-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications
Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development
Working knowledge of program languages
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
