• Be a seasoned SME and technical specialist in Client Onboarding/AML/KYC/Account Opening domain
• Employ standards, frameworks, and patterns while designing and developing components
• Implement and maintain a suite of Workflow-driven Java applications with RESTful services
• Develop high-quality code employing software engineering and testing best practices
• Develop software that processes, persists, and distributes data via relational and non-relational technologies
• Hands-on coding, unit tests/Junit, performance tests, and maintaining high code quality
• React quickly and provide turnaround to business requirements and management requests
• Work well within Agile Development Life Cycle
• Partner with database developers to implement ingestion, orchestration, quality/reconciliation, and distribution services
• Work independently and communicate effectively
• Handle complex and medium to large projects.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in JAVA (Version 1.8 or above) / J2EE / Spring Boot / Restful Web Services
• Expertise in Serverless, Tomcat (Embedded/Non-Embedded), Jetty (Embedded/Non-Embedded), WebSphere
• Expertise in Spring Batch, Spring IOC, Spring Annotation, Spring Security
• Mocking, Junit and performance testing of solutions
• Basic Unix/Linux knowledge including shell scripts and Unix commands
• Knowledge of Oracle (PL/SQL), NoSQL-Mongo, Rules Engine, Vaadin (UI Framework), Kotlin, Scala, Akka, BPMN Framework (preferably JBPM)
• Working knowledge of in-memory distributed caches like Hazelcast/Gemfire and ability to set up client/server distributed Cache cluster on Linux systems
• Basic experience in Data Preparation Tools
• Experience with CI/CD build pipelines and toolchain – Git, BitBucket, TeamCity, Artifactory, Jira
• Knowledge on webserver setup and configuration with reverse proxy/SSL setup (preferred nginx webserver)
• Strong design skills on Java/J2EE solutions with Oracle/Mongo backend
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and JBPM as BPMN Framework will have preference.

• Financial markets background
• Working knowledge on Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift / Mesos
• Knowledge of testing concepts (TDD, BDD)
• Knowledge of ELK/App Dynamics
• Hands-on experience in Data Frames and map reduce
• Experience on messaging platforms like Kafka.
