Job Description:

This role involves working as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) as part of a Community Health Team, conducting assessments, preparing cases for tribunals, collaborating with professionals, and supporting individuals and families in mental health crises.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
Prepare and present cases to the Mental Health Act Tribunal
Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals
Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
Provide support and advocacy to service users and their families

Requirements:

Registered AMHP with valid license
Proven experience in mental health care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
