We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Service Tutor to join our team of professionals delivering Apprenticeship Standards on a national basis. You will deliver inspirational programmes that engage and motivate our learners to progress and achieve.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for Business Administration L3, Customer Service L2, and Team Leader L3 apprenticeships
Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring progress, achievement, and timely completion
Plan and deliver engaging training that meets apprenticeship standards and Ofsted expectations
Build strong relationships with employers to support learner development and positive outcomes
Ensure Off-the-Job Learning is planned, evidenced, and compliant
Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance and inspection readiness
Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and high professional standards
Requirements:
A recognised Business Admin or Team Leader qualification & recent relevant experience
A1 assessor or equivalent qualification or experience of delivery within the field, or willing to work towards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create great rapport
Confident in the use of online learning tools, Microsoft office and be confident in delivery of skills & knowledge both in person and remotely
Highly organised, with demonstrated planning and time-management skills, supported by good IT skills
Nice to have:
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable
