Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Service Tutor to join our team of professionals delivering Apprenticeship Standards on a national basis. You will deliver inspirational programmes that engage and motivate our learners to progress and achieve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for Business Administration L3, Customer Service L2, and Team Leader L3 apprenticeships
  • Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring progress, achievement, and timely completion
  • Plan and deliver engaging training that meets apprenticeship standards and Ofsted expectations
  • Build strong relationships with employers to support learner development and positive outcomes
  • Ensure Off-the-Job Learning is planned, evidenced, and compliant
  • Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance and inspection readiness
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and high professional standards

Requirements:

  • A recognised Business Admin or Team Leader qualification & recent relevant experience
  • A1 assessor or equivalent qualification or experience of delivery within the field, or willing to work towards
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create great rapport
  • Confident in the use of online learning tools, Microsoft office and be confident in delivery of skills & knowledge both in person and remotely
  • Highly organised, with demonstrated planning and time-management skills, supported by good IT skills

Nice to have:

A recognised teaching qualification is desirable
