Job Description:

The Citi Apprentice is an entry-level position at Citi, designed to provide a comprehensive foundation of knowledge and training. Apprentices will gain real-world work experience and contribute as valuable resources to their teams, while developing essential skills in a dynamic financial services environment. This 12-month program offers an unparalleled opportunity to launch your career in financial services with robust support and development.

Job Responsibility:

Performing most basic, routine tasks and assignments with detailed procedural guidance
Applying knowledge of routine work area procedures to complete standardized activities
Exchanging basic information with co-workers and contributing to team communication
Resolving task-related problems in straightforward situations, selecting from clearly defined options
Assisting with operational and administrative functions of low to moderate complexity
Providing administrative support, including copying, printing, document transportation, and materials checking/receiving
Performing basic computer activities as required
Servicing a very limited number of products and/or services
Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

Not more than 5 years of difference between graduation end date and Joining date
Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
Should not have been registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal
Apprentices should have their Aadhaar seeded with their personal mobile no. and personal email ID
