Job Responsibility

  • Organization and planning of events (conferences, celebrations, corporate events)
  • Advising and supporting our guests and clients
  • Preparation of event proposals and schedules
  • Coordination with various hotel departments (service, kitchen, technical team)
  • Assisting with the on-site execution of events
  • Insights into marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
  • Post-event follow-up and billing

Requirements
