Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a link between production, customers, and management
  • Conduct sales negotiations with customers
  • Plan and implement marketing activities
  • Plan, monitor, and control production processes
  • Determine personnel deployment and requirements
  • Be involved in purchasing as well as the storage and timely provision of goods for production
  • Work independently on holistic tasks and gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial and business processes

Requirements:

  • A secondary school certificate ("Realschulabschluss") or (advanced) technical college/university entrance qualification
  • Openness and flexibility, strong communication and teamwork skills, and initiative
  • An interest in economic processes and workflows
