Job Description:

During your three-year apprenticeship as a chef, you will become a real professional in the kitchen and learn all aspects of the gastronomy industry. You will create culinary highlights for our guests and ensure that their experience is unforgettable, not only in taste but also in memory.

Job Responsibility:

Preparation and cooking of dishes in various kitchen areas
Receiving, inspecting, and proper storage of food products
Learning and adhering to hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety regulations
Supporting the planning of menus and food offerings
Plating and presenting dishes for guests
Handling kitchen equipment and professional materials
Collaborating with the kitchen team and supporting other colleagues
Participating in internal training sessions and meetings for further education
Assisting with special events and buffets

Requirements:

Completed schooling
Good knowledge of German and English
Initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or service through internships or part-time jobs is a plus
Team player
Creativity and passion for hospitality
