We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Apprenticeship team on a part-time basis to help support in compliance and apprenticeship related administration. You will work closely alongside another Apprenticeship Administrator, the Head of Apprenticeships, and the wider Apprenticeship Team in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The core focus will be on apprenticeship compliance processes.
Job Responsibility:
The onboarding of apprentices, including supporting them through their onboarding paperwork, submitting compliance forms, and tracking completion of onboarding tasks
Submitting compliance paperwork in relation to apprenticeship programme changes, such as completions and leavers
Engaging with employers to assist them during onboarding, and the set up of their Apprenticeship Service Accounts
Maintaining accurate records on our learner management system, and internal trackers
Proactively monitoring upcoming completions to ensure paperwork is ready to submit in a timely manner once the apprentice completes
Liaising with other FI centres and regions to arrange subcontracted courses
Requirements:
Previous administration and office experience is essential
Excellent and professional interpersonal and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
Highly organised and the ability to manage your time well
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work pro-actively
Comfortable with working in a small team
Good and demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
