Job Description

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Apprenticeship team on a part-time basis to help support in compliance and apprenticeship related administration. You will work closely alongside another Apprenticeship Administrator, the Head of Apprenticeships, and the wider Apprenticeship Team in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The core focus will be on apprenticeship compliance processes.

Job Responsibility

  • The onboarding of apprentices, including supporting them through their onboarding paperwork, submitting compliance forms, and tracking completion of onboarding tasks
  • Submitting compliance paperwork in relation to apprenticeship programme changes, such as completions and leavers
  • Engaging with employers to assist them during onboarding, and the set up of their Apprenticeship Service Accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records on our learner management system, and internal trackers
  • Proactively monitoring upcoming completions to ensure paperwork is ready to submit in a timely manner once the apprentice completes
  • Liaising with other FI centres and regions to arrange subcontracted courses

Requirements

  • Previous administration and office experience is essential
  • Excellent and professional interpersonal and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage your time well
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work pro-actively
  • Comfortable with working in a small team
  • Good and demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
