Job Responsibility:
IT Support & Helpdesk: Providing frontline technical assistance, helping clients and colleagues troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving common IT problems, configuring devices, working with networked systems
Warehouse & Engineering: Configuring and preparing IT equipment, assisting with system builds, performing repairs on faulty devices, supporting logistics, ensuring IT equipment is correctly stored, tested, and dispatched
Business Administration: Managing documentation, handling customer enquiries, scheduling meetings, processing orders, supporting HR or finance teams
Requirements:
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
A punctual and thorough work ethic, with attention to detail
Good communication skills (in person and via telephone)
Excellent written and spoken English is essential
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and IT (preferred but not essential)
A genuine interest in IT, technology, and problem-solving, if applying for an IT role
No previous experience required
Ability to be able to travel to Chertsey for work
Working hours 9:00am-5:00pm with 6 hours per week allocated for studying
