Job Description:

Join TUI as an Apprentice Travel Advisor in their Gloucester store, providing exposure to the world of travel while working towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. The role involves creating unforgettable holiday experiences, achieving sales targets, and handling customer interactions both face-to-face and virtually. The two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to develop destination expertise and includes training on various systems, a dedicated learning coach, and the flexibility to complete assignments during working hours. Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
Achieve and exceed your sales and objectives, referred to as ‘Smashing your Targets’
Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role both face-to-face and virtually
Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints with the help of colleagues
Receive training on various systems to enhance knowledge, skills, and behaviors
Complete practical and written assignments while working towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
Dedicated to achieve, goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
