Job Responsibility
Supporting students in lessons under the direction of the class teacher
Working with individuals and small groups, particularly students with additional needs (SEND)
Helping students understand tasks, stay engaged, and access learning materials
Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in learning
Supporting students with emotional regulation and social development where needed
Helping to create a safe, calm, and inclusive classroom environment
Observing and feeding back to staff on student progress and engagement
Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
