At Breedon we are very ambitious, and you’ll be instrumental in helping us to build a bright and sustainable future by assisting our Contracts Manager with the safe and efficient delivery of surfacing projects. This includes overseeing site operations and coordinating resources while working with clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Breedon is a home for inquisitive learners. Quarries, cement, and construction are no longer old-fashioned sectors. We’re providing the foundation for our lives, building the places where we live and work, play and in-between. As a Surfacing Supervisor Apprentice, within the Surfacing Solutions business you’ll be involved in all aspects from operational, commercial and administration. This is a 24/7 operation so flexibility to working hours is key. You will undertake theoretical and practical training to develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to ensure you have a thorough understanding of all areas. If you’re one to tiptoe around puddles with trepidation, maybe this role isn’t for you. You won’t be spending every day in a clean, corporate office swivelling on an office chair! Time will be spent working within all operational departments.
