Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Service Delivery Operative to join our expanding warehouse team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities and is ideal for someone aiming to build a career in a large organization. You will be included in our apprenticeships and gain yourself a Level 2 qualification in Supply Chain Warehouse Operations. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of data security, ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents to keep our customers' information safe. Job Responsibility:

  • Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures
  • Utilize the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently
  • Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations
  • Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Knowledge of the O’Neil system
  • A full driving license

  • Lead the Advanced Assessments function and internal Awarding Organisation for Multiverse degree apprenticeships, owning the policies and processes that ensure smooth, compliant and high-quality assessment delivery
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for degree programmes and assessments, both as a key member of the Learner Services management team and collaborating cross-functionally with Delivery and other teams to drive improvements and provide seamless operations and learner experience
  • Manage the delivery of marking and moderation for modular assessments, ensuring apprentices’ project submissions are marked and moderated within SLAs and in line with regulations
  • Oversee all internal and external quality assurance activity (IQA & EQA) for degree programme assessments, including running the Board of Examiners, the key mechanism that awards grades and enables learners to progress through their programme journey
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of gateways and end-point assessments for which Multiverse is the awarding organisation, ensuring policies align with regulatory requirements, processes are compliant and efficient, and data and feedback are used to improve operations and learner experience
  • Lead a small internal operations team, manage a pool of External Examiners and External Assessors (contractors) who deliver and quality-assure key elements of degree assessments, and manage tools and technologies that support assessment activity across Multiverse

  • Perform 90-day and 180-day inspections FSE assets per regulations, AFI and Technical Orders
  • Inspects electrical wiring, switches, and controls for safe operating condition, grounding, and adjustment
  • Repairs, replaces, and adjusts malfunctioning equipment to restore operating condition specified in regulations and repair manuals
  • Disassembles, adjusts, aligns, calibrates gauges and meters, and perform hydrostatic hose testing
  • Maintain and monitor the Shelf-life program for all FSE parts (hoses, valves, seals and any other items or materiel that have a shelf-life requirement)
  • Perform PMIs and function checks on all equipment to ensure that units are pumping and straining fuel IAW AFIs and Technical Orders
