Job Description:

Within the consolidation and reporting team, the apprentice will assist with activities like closings, reports, financial statements, and audits. They will also participate in strategic finance/accounting projects and support subsidiaries with reporting and reconciliations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the consolidation team during closings and transversal analysis
  • Participation in the production of consolidated reporting
  • Participation in maintaining written processes for the consolidation team
  • Production of consolidated financial statements on a sub-scope EH SA including presentations to the audit committee
  • Participation in quarterly MVBS reporting for Solvency II requirements
  • Follow-up of subsidiaries including reviewing reporting packages, technical and accounting support, intercompany reconciliations
  • Participation in transverse financial analyses (Tax Proof, IAS19, etc.) and production of notes to financial statements
  • Involvement in finance/accounting projects like IFRS standards implementation
  • Contributing to analysis for stakeholders such as controlling and risk
  • Address external auditors' requests.

Requirements:

  • First experience in accounting or finance
  • English speaking
  • Looking for a 1 or 2 year apprenticeship (Master level)
  • Apprentice rhythm of 3 weeks company / 1 week school.
