Job Description

We are excited to relaunch our Apprenticeship Programme and we are looking for an ambitious Apprentice Quantity Surveyors to join us in Wakefield this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in construction while earning, learning, and graduating debt-free. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you’ll gain practical experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and play an active role in live construction projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Support commercial and project teams on active construction sites and projects
  • Learn how to manage project costs, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Assist with valuations, reporting, and financial tracking
  • Develop a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in construction, engineering, or the built environment
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A full UK driving licence (or working towards one), due to travel between office and site locations
