Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. A chance to work on properties sites across the south of England, building affordable homes which will provide shelter to those in most housing need.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist mentor in carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure all works are in accordance with good building maintenance practice
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop skills and competency relevant to plumbing
  • Assist trade colleagues and support all service areas within the Commercial Services team
  • Deliver basic plumbing repairs under supervision
  • Assist in all aspects of repairs and installation of water services and mains
  • Understand health and safety requirements and relevant legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Attend college and complete all course work on time and to a high standard
