Ready to kickstart your career as an Apprentice Painter and Decorator? Want to earn while you learn? Our business is growing and so are the opportunities for you to thrive. We are currently looking for a Painting and Decorating Apprentice to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme that could help you achieve your goals whilst also making a positive impact on other people's lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on projects such as social housing, heritage buildings, defence and schools
  • Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, caulking)
  • Mastering the art of paint application (rolling, cutting in, brush skills)
  • Sprucing up gloss work (doors and window frames, skirtings)
  • Getting outdoors with external works (railings, sheds, fences and walls)
  • Exploring different sites, working both inside and outside in all weather
  • Attend college to understand the how and why of your trade (usually 1 day a week)
  • Build an awesome portfolio of evidence for your End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Be a valued team member and contribute to our overall success
