Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. A chance to work on properties across the south of England, building affordable homes which will provide shelter to those in most housing need.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist mentor in carrying out painting and decorating works to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure all works are in accordance to good building maintenance practice
  • Go above and beyond to amaze customers with services provided
  • Develop skills relevant to painting and decorating to support maintenance and standard of housing stock
  • Understand health and safety requirements and other relevant legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Attend college and complete all course work on time and to a high standard
