Job Description

Here at Once Upon A Time Daycare, we are looking for dedicated, caring and fun-loving nursery nurses to join our expanding team! The positions available are working in a state-of-the-art nursery based in the heart of Sheffield. There are full-time positions available Monday – Friday – between the hours of 7 am – 6.30 pm. Full-time positions are 30-40 hours per week. This position will be subject to a successful DBS check.

Job Responsibility

  • To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children within our setting
  • Liaise with Parents/carers
  • Provide fun, educational activities to suit the age and stage of our children
  • To keep a record of achievement file on your key children, supporting their individual needs & learning
  • To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children within the setting, ensuring all of our policies and procedures are followed and implemented

Requirements

  • Warm, kind and have a passion for enabling children to be the best that they can be
  • Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Eager to learn and develop as an Apprentice
