Job Description

This is not just an apprenticeship it's the start of a career in estate agency! Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home
  • Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business

Requirements

  • Experience delivering fantastic customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
  • Self motivated and organised
