Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our West Hampstead Lettings team and kickstart their career in Estate Agency. As an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you'll gain valuable on-the-job experience and earn a nationally recognised qualification.

Job Responsibility

  • Register and qualify applicants, understand their needs, and show them suitable properties
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective applicants in person, by phone, and via email
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, and building and maintaining strong relationships with them
  • Support Senior Negotiators by assisting with scheduling property viewings, collecting keys, and organising documentation

  • You are a confident communicator with a good telephone manner
  • You are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • You hold a valid driving licence (essential)
  • You have a genuine interest in the property market and are eager to build a career in Estate Agency
