Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Wakefield. This is not just an apprenticeship it's the start of a career in estate agency! You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:30am to 1:00pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets
  • Register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services
  • Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
