Creating online advertisements for new property listings
Obtaining videos to highlight our properties on various channels
Conducting pre-tenancy checks to ensure every property meets our high standards
Scheduling photos for properties ready to list
Supporting the team with general office administration to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently
Clearing property access for new listings
Handle key cutting for our properties
Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the team accordingly or taking messages
