We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Canary Wharf Lettings team and kickstart their career in Estate Agency. As an Apprentice Lettings Assistant, you'll gain valuable on-the-job experience and earn a nationally recognised qualification. The apprenticeship will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm, and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months. The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career! You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting our team by providing excellent customer service to all who enter our office
First point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and answering incoming calls
Registering and qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, and showcasing suitable properties
Effectively respond to enquiries from prospective applicants via phone, email, and in person
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Assisting the team with various administrative tasks
Maintaining a professional office environment
Covering the office when negotiators are out on viewings
Requirements:
Confident communicator with a good telephone manner
Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Valid driving licence (desirable)
Genuine interest in the property market and eager to build a career in Estate Agency
