We’re providing the foundation for our lives, building the places where we live and work, play and in-between. You’ll do 2 years at Coleg Cambria and a further 2 years at University of Wrexham. As part of the programme your first year will be at a Level 4 (Certificate of Education) progressing onto the Level 6 BA (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting commercial teams to develop long-term relationships with clients
Managing and interpreting client requirements
Assisting with tenders, estimates and contracts
Helping to manage the costs relating to projects
Being involved in estimating, tenders, contracts, commercial reporting and meeting with clients, contractors, and customers
Requirements:
Successful completion of a Foundation Year at Level 3 in a construction related area
or, 48-72 UCAS tariff points, minimum 1 higher A Level, 1 A’ level at A/B or 2 lower-grade A ‘levels (D–C range) or a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma Equivalent to 48-72 UCAS points
A full UK Driving Licence
Flexibility with your working hours which may include evenings and weekends
A genuine interest in the construction materials industry
You will need to be a minimum age of 18 (by July 2026)
