Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. A chance to work on properties sites across the south of England, building affordable homes which will provide shelter to those in most housing need.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist mentor in carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure all works are in accordance to good building maintenance practice
  • Develop skills and competency relevant to electrical tasks to support and maintain safety standards within housing stock
  • Consistently develop & demonstrate an understanding of Health & Safety requirements, relevant legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Notify electrically competent colleagues of any identified electrical or health & safety hazards
  • Support with remedial action as requested to ensure compliance
  • Attend college and complete all course work on time and to a high standard
