Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator role combining college study for a SCQF Level 5 in Customer Service with industry experience at a construction materials group. Earn as you learn over a 15 month period.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and track deliveries of aggregate, asphalt and concrete
Work with Sales, Operations and Transport teams
Call customers the day before delivery to confirm times and orders
Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
Keep records up to date
Build good relationships with customers over the phone
Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets

Requirements:
National 5 Maths and English, Grades A – C
