Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer enquiries and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solution
Take customer orders and make sure all details are put into the system correctly
Price and quote for customers and capture within Breedon’s systems
Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon’s products and can recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross selling where appropriate
Actively manage customer enquiries to conclusion, driving conversion, understanding the reasons behind lost quotes
Manage customer credit limits, proactively anticipating and communicating to enable smooth flow
Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes
Build good relationships with customers over the phone
Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets
Attend college
Requirements:
National 5 Maths and English, Grades A – C
