Job Description

Fresh Freight Goup are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Washington. Mon – Friday 40 hours per week National Minimum Wage, age relevant Course: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Start date: 2026

Job Responsibility

  • Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
  • Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
  • Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
  • Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
  • Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
