Job Responsibility:
Posting receipts
Assisting with proactive chasing of debts and rents
Accounts administration
Maintaining CRM system through updates and audits
Supporting setup of new tenancies and renewals
Handling accounts-related queries
Requirements:
Strong numerical skills
Genuine desire to learn and apply within property finance
Strong customer-centric approach
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Proactive and takes initiative to identify and solve problems effectively
GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Mathematics
