Job Responsibility

Assist with the preparation and cooking of food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use
Develop strong food safety and cleaning skills to ensure assigned kitchen section is properly maintained
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment
