Job Responsibility:
Working alongside experienced chefs across our hotel kitchens and venues
Learning essential culinary skills, food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Assisting with service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation
Contributing to a creative, supportive and energetic team environment
Requirements:
A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry
Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Eligibility to undertake a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship in Australia
