The position involves delivering exceptional guest experiences at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and upholding the Gold Standards of Ritz-Carlton. The candidate will engage directly with guests to ensure a memorable stay and provide operational support.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform and appearance
Ensure safe workplace
