Run frequent user research and analyze usage metrics to prioritize the catalog roadmap and backlog
Drive catalog integration into Doctolib AI tools and promote adoption across all personas — success target: 200+ Monthly Active Users, with AI tool integrations via Catalog MCP as the primary adoption lever
Requirements
A Master's Degree student looking for a 1-year or 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 at the latest
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
Comfortable navigating technical environments: you can read SQL queries to understand the scope of a data governance issue, dig into documentation, and use AI tools like Claude (Code, Cowork) and available MCPs as both a key enabler and a daily thinking partner
Not intimidated by engineering-grade tools: you won't write production code, but you'll use Python scripts, Dagster and GitHub Actions to build and maintain automations
An excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Interested in working in a transversal, fast-moving environment where functional and technical boundaries aren't always clear-cut — you enjoy mapping complexity rather than avoiding it
Eager to deepen your data knowledge gained from previous experiences, whether with a technical or a functional focus (both are a plus)
Nice to have
Familiar with data visualization tools and able to create clear, insightful dashboards
Able to quickly understand stakeholder needs, identify challenges, and effectively prioritize competing tasks
Already experienced with data catalogs (e.g. Coalesce Catalog, Atlan, Alation) or data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase
Interested in or with first exposure to product management practices (user research, roadmap prioritization, backlog management)
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges or changing requirements
