Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Loughborough. You will be responsible for the processing of paperwork and dealing with customer queries in a timely manner. You will also be fielding and directing customer queries to the relevant individual/department and dealing with them if admin related. Processing of departmental paperwork to designated deadlines will also be expected.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the accurate and proficient maintenance of filing systems
  • Fielding queries in a professional and efficient manner, and thereafter relay the queries to the relevant team member
  • Helping to resolve invoice queries
  • Accurate data input
  • Supporting the Designers and the Departmental Management Team
